01 — Philosophy

Built differently.
From the ground up.

GRIP was born as a boutique engineering consultancy from the recognition that there was a better way to do things — where relationships matter and delivery is nailed every single time. With CPEng expertise and nearly two decades of industry experience, we provide expert advice faster, and deliver better.

Every calculation, every design output, and every document that leaves this office has been reviewed, checked, and delivered by a Chartered Professional Engineer. The technology handles the groundwork; the judgment is always ours.

01

AI Empowered

AI-assisted workflows manage the repetitive — load calculations, scheduling, compliance cross-referencing — freeing every billable hour for engineering judgment.

02

Local Roots

Headquartered in the Queenstown–Lakes region and operating nationwide, GRIP brings big-firm capability without the big-office overhead.

03

Close Partnerships

We partner with respected firms, consultants, and specialist contractors for a full MEPF package — ensuring the right people on every job, every time.

02 — Capabilities

A complete
engineering service.

A complete building services package — mechanical, hydraulic, sustainability, independent commissioning agent and commissioning guidance, BIM coordination, with electrical and fire engineering delivered through trusted specialist partners. One engagement, one point of contact, a fully coordinated MEPF outcome.
